A PSPO is a Council-led legal measure that provides an effective way of specifying prohibited activities within a certain area and giving the Police enhanced powers to respond to incidents. RBKC currently has PSPOs related to busking and acoustic cameras. Your Earl's Court Conservative team would like to get your thoughts on a new Earl's Court specific PSPO to replace what the Police had hoped to obtain through the Section 80 order.
